Synopsis
The house was structurally sound but very run down including a gaping hole in the bathroom floor.
Marc gutted the property then set about designing the new floor plans & a rear extension for the kitchen.
Through Marc’s work they had a black book of great tradesmen, plus he was able to do all the joinery & general build work himself – this helped keep the budget down.
The renovation entailed everything from a complete re-wire, plumbing, windows, insulation, garden landscaping and flooring. It took six months followed by the gradual furnishing and styling, it’s an on going project.
