This Georgian style brick house is home to a family of four in Rye New York. The 3000 sq. ft. structure comprises of three floors and was built in the 1920's.

Synopsis
Although the house is very traditional the young couple wanted a more contemporary, edgy design. Interior designer Paul Latham accomplished this with a bright, airy color scheme and modern furnishings.
