Synopsis
With classic French training coupled with imagination and creativity, master
patissier Eric 'Cake Boy' Lanlard has changed the face of British
cake-making. His A-list clientele include Madonna, Elton John, Claudia
Schiffer and Lady GaGa. He has two TV series - Glamour Puds - to his name,
has demonstrated at venues around the world including Gourmet SA in South
Africa and, closer to home in south London, has an elegant coffee lounge and
baking school ten minutes from his luxurious award-winning modernist house
which he shares with partner Paul Newrick and Maine Coon cat Bobby.
