At Christmas time, the beautiful home of antiques dealer, Kim Davies, and
husband, Dan, is filled with mix of vintage decorations and gorgeous new
finds. In the porch, you'll find a kitsch white Christmas tree dotted with oldfashioned birds and well-worn baubles while feathery wreaths, crystal
garlands and handmade paper trimmings are dotted throughout this unique
and utterly inspiring interior. In fact, the festivities mirror the year-round
backdrop of the couple's 1857 home, based in the county of Cayuga,
Ontario, Canada, which, while oozing with rustic elegance and creative flair,
needed a complete structural overhaul and years of hard work to get the
place looking like it does today.
