Lena Proudlock had her eye on this coach house, on the same street as her other home for some time. Due to the economic climate, Lena had decided to let her main house out for weekend visitors and needed somewhere to stay on those weekends. 'It was an exciting project, somewhere new to style, when I first came there was a bookshop at the front, a stable block at the back and two flats at the top.' She says. 'It was full of potential.
