Synopsis
'Sophie Perks Ward ran her eponymous store in Shaftesbury, Dorset
until she became a mother. Now she works from her home, a stone
cottage close to the town's famous Gold Hill, and the property
showcases her creative and interior design talents; she has made the
curtains, cushions and many of the accessories herself.
The house comprises a kitchen and eating area and living room on the ground
floor, a master bedroom, guest room and bathroom on the first floor,
and a huge landing, now used as a study, and large room in the
roof space on the top floor.
