Clusters of olive trees amongst clouds of purple thyme compose the natural backdrop of the Paros residence in the Ai Yorgis district near the town of Parikia. The owners wanted a breezy home where they could circulate freely and architect Kostas Gouzelis, who has been living and working on the island for years now, was in total agreement. And so, in complete harmony with the surrounding environment, a house in neutral grey tones was created following the incline of the slope and respecting the scale and volumes of the natural setting.
