Synopsis
It doesn't take long to see why Chris Giftos considers himself "one of the happiest men in the world." The Astoria, New York-native served as the events manager for the New York's Metropolitan Museum since 1970 Now retired, the well-known floral designer remains well-respected within the American art scene. Chris arranged everything from fancy celebrity-filled parties to elaborate weddings, including wedding events for Oscar-winning actress Elizabeth Taylor and former First Lady and American icon Jackie Onassis. It should come as no surprise that Chris put his knack for attention to detail to good use when decorating his duplex apartment nestled in a landmark building in Manhattan's Tudor City area.
